1. About ClipTwin

ClipTwin is a cinematic AI video studio that lets users create private avatars and generate short videos in curated scenes. The service is designed for self-avatar videos, creator posts, personal messages, business promos, and visual-only clips.

2. AI-Generated Videos

Videos made with ClipTwin are generated using artificial intelligence. They are not live recordings. You understand that generated videos may include visual, audio, timing, or lip-sync imperfections.

• Each generation uses the avatar media, selected scene, mood, and script or action prompt you provide.
• Videos may include synthesized speech, background audio, and AI-generated visual motion.
• Silent/action mode is intended to create clips without spoken dialogue, subtitles, or voiceover.

3. Avatar Permission

You may create an avatar for yourself. If you create an avatar using another person's likeness, you must have that person's permission before uploading their media or generating videos with their likeness.

• You are responsible for confirming that the person shown in an avatar has agreed to AI video creation using their likeness.
• You may not create avatars or videos that impersonate someone without permission.
• We may remove avatars or videos if we believe the required permission is missing or disputed.

4. Acceptable Use

When using ClipTwin, you agree not to request, create, upload, or share content that:

• Is sexual, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, exploitative, or illegal.
• Targets minors or depicts unsafe, non-consensual, or exploitative situations.
• Attempts to deceive people into believing an AI-generated video is a live recording.
• Misuses another person's name, image, likeness, or identity rights.
• Attempts to bypass safety systems, moderation, usage limits, payment checks, or platform security.

5. Credits & Payments

Avatar creation is free unless otherwise stated. Video generation uses credits or paid checkout. Credit pack pricing, payment options, and any promotional credits may change over time. Orders blocked for policy violations may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Rights & Licenses

You retain the rights you already hold in your uploaded media and likeness. By uploading media, you grant ClipTwin the limited rights needed to process the media, create avatar records, generate requested videos, store outputs, and deliver or display those outputs to you and intended recipients.

7. Safety Review

ClipTwin uses automated safety checks and may use human review to prevent harmful or unauthorized content. We may reject, pause, remove, or refund video requests at our discretion when safety, legal, quality, or permission concerns arise.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClipTwin is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or AI-generated outputs.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ClipTwin after updates are posted means you accept the revised terms.
