• Account information: name, email address, login details, and authentication metadata.
• Avatar information: avatar name, profile image, reference photos, optional notes, and a short speaking/reference video.
• Video request information: selected scene, mood, script, silent action prompt, recipient details, pronunciation notes, delivery settings, and problem reports.
• Payment and credit information: checkout status, credit ledger entries, refunds, and Stripe transaction references.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device/browser details, and error logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and avatar records.
• To generate, store, watermark, deliver, and share AI-generated videos you request.
• To process payments, credit balances, refunds, and support requests.
• To send authentication codes, order updates, reset emails, and delivery emails.
• To run safety checks, prevent misuse, investigate reports, and improve product quality.

3. Avatar Media & Likeness

Avatar media may include images, short videos, and generated outputs that contain a person's likeness. You are responsible for having permission to upload and use that likeness. We use avatar media only to provide and improve the ClipTwin service, including generation, safety review, support, and storage.

• We do not sell avatar media or generated videos to advertisers.
• We may remove avatar media when an account is deleted, a permission dispute is verified, or retention is no longer required for legal, safety, billing, or support reasons.
• Generated videos may be accessible through private share links when you choose to share or deliver them.

4. Data Storage & Security

We use cloud infrastructure, access controls, and encryption in transit where supported to help protect your data. No internet service is perfectly secure, so we also limit access to sensitive operational data and monitor for abuse.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate ClipTwin, including:

• Supabase: authentication, database, storage, and application data.
• Stripe: secure payment processing, checkout, refunds, and credit purchases.
• Enhancor / Seedance: AI video generation from selected avatar media, scenes, and prompts.
• OpenRouter and AI model providers: safety checks and prompt/greeting generation where used.
• Resend: transactional email delivery.
• Telegram: internal operational notifications for administrators.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. You may contact us to request account deletion or to report unauthorized likeness use.

7. Cookies

ClipTwin uses essential cookies and similar storage for authentication, sessions, security, and product functionality. We do not use cookie data to sell advertising.

8. Children's Privacy

ClipTwin is not intended for children under 13. Do not upload media of a minor or create videos involving a minor unless you have the legal right and permission to do so and the content complies with our safety rules.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of ClipTwin after updates are posted means you accept the revised policy.
